Requirements A completed university degree in Law. 2-5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally as in-house counsel within an international technology, software, SaaS, or B2B environment and/or with a reputable law firm. Strong experience in commercial and contract law, including drafting and negotiating complex B2B agreements. Good understanding of Austrian and European legal and regulatory frameworks. Experience with technology, software licensing, SaaS, data protection, or IT-related agreements is highly desirable. Fluent German and English, both written and spoken, are essential.
