Your Tasks
- Support the further development and enhancement of the Group Compliance Program and Compliance Management System.
- Coordinate and continuously improve the Group Whistleblowing System, including case management, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
- Conduct compliance risk assessments and support the development of mitigation measures.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of compliance controls and recommend improvements where necessary.
- Support the maintenance and regular review of Group policies, guidelines, and compliance standards.
- Monitor regulatory developments and ensure the timely implementation of relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
- Promote a culture of ethics, integrity, and accountability throughout the organization.
- Collaborate with business functions to embed compliance into day-to-day operations and business processes.
- Conduct compliance reviews and support internal investigations where required.
- Provide advice, training, and support to employees on compliance-related matters.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in law, business administration or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications, for example Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional - CCEP, are a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience in compliance, legal, risk management, or a related field, preferably within the industry relevant to our organization.
- Strong understanding of applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, with the ability to interpret and apply them effectively in practice.
- Excellent analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to identify compliance risks and develop pragmatic solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity, sound judgment, and commitment to ethical business conduct and compliance culture.

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is EUR 4,053.86 per month based on full-time employment of 38.5 h/week.
