  • Design, develop, and maintain data models, reports, and dashboards
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and traceability across granular data processes, including regulatory reporting streams
  • Oversee and coordinate data preparation, transformation, and ETL processes, ensuring alignment with internal policies and regulatory requirements
  • Contribute to group-wide data governance and data quality frameworks, including tools and platforms aligned with RDARR principles

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience in Data Analysis, ideally within banking or financial services using tools such as MSSQL, Power BI, Palantir, or equivalents
  • Strong ownership mindset, with the ability to independently drive initiatives and deliver high-quality outcomes
  • Proven ability to work in complex, cross-functional environments, collaborating with Business, Risk, Finance, and Digital teams
  • Good understanding of regulatory reporting and risk frameworks (e.g., RWA, AnaCredit, FinRep, ESG reporting)
  • Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
  • Professional proficiency in English (German is an advantage)
